• Lovable and Supabase — the software platform and database provider that power our website and customer accounts
• SumUp — our payment processor. When you make a payment, your payment details are entered directly with SumUp; we only receive confirmation that payment was successful
• Royal Mail and courier companies — we share the name, delivery address and phone number of the person receiving an order
• Professional advisers and authorities — such as our accountants, or regulators, tax and law enforcement authorities, where required by law

We require all third parties who process personal data on our behalf to keep it secure and to use it only for the purposes we’ve instructed. We do not currently use a dedicated email marketing platform or website analytics tools.

Some of our service providers may store or process personal information outside the Isle of Man and United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where personal information is transferred outside the Isle of Man or UK, we rely on safeguards put in place by our service providers to ensure your information continues to receive an appropriate level of protection.
